Returns & Exchanges

At TEAM LA Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Be sure to obtain a receipt for your records to track the status of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 7-10 business days.
